Contracts With Manufacturer:
By authorizing Laser Part Repair LLC to perform repairs or provide you with any other services you certify the following:
1) You are the legal owner of the device for which you are seeking services or parts or repairs, or you are authorized on behalf of the legal owner of the device to contract with Laser Part Repair LLC for repairs, parts, or services.
AND
2) You do not have any contracts or obligations with the manufacturer of the device or any other individual(s) that prohibit you from purchasing parts, getting your device repaired or serviced by 3rd parties, or Laser Part Repair LLC.
WARRANTY:
Our warranty is a PRORATED warranty based on the number of shots used and duration of time (most cases 90 days unless otherwise specified in your invoice). The exact shot count and duration of time for our warranty coverage will be specified in the invoice sent to you, and may vary for each type of device.
The peroration of our warranty is based on the number of shots that you have used the handpiece during the warranty period. The warranty repair cost is calculated by taking the percentage of shots used out of the total warranty shots covered.
For handpieces or devices that do not have shot counts, the warranty is prorated based on the length of time that you have used the device out of the total duration of the warranty coverage.
Warranty covers any part repaired or replaced by our company. Warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by trauma, weather (ex: freezing temperatures), mishandling or abuse by the user, damage caused by shipping companies or carriers. Lost or stolen packages during shipping are not covered under warranty. Please indicate if you desire to have shipping insurance. Insurance cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
OTHER TERMS: PLASTIC COVER REPLACEMENT
Most prices listed on our website do NOT include the cost of replacement plastic covers. In most cases the plastic covers of handpieces are in good condition and can be reused. If the plastic covers of your handpiece are cracked or broken, we will do our best to repair them by reinforcing them with epoxy glue or other methods in order to make the plastic covers reusable. In such cases the plastic covers may not look cosmetically perfect, and we do not warranty the durability of the plastic covers. If the plastic covers are badly damaged then we charge additional charges to replace the plastic covers (if available).
OTHER TERMS: DAMAGE TO PLASTIC COVERS OF HANDPEICES
Some types of handpieces require the plastic covers to be broken apart in order to remove the plastic covers. In certain cases small cracks or breaks may be caused to the plastic covers during the removal process. In most cases these cracks or breaks in the plastic covers are only cosmetic and will not affect the function of the handpiece. We are not responsible for any such damage to the plastic covers of your handpiece which result out of our services. Although we do our best to minimize these issues, it is out of control due to the way certain plastic covers may have been glued together. We will repair any such cracks or breaks in the plastic covers to the best of our ability but they may not look cosmetically perfect. By sending your handpiece to us you acknowledge and accept this possibility. Certain handpieces require us to put small screws on their outside covers in order to hold them back together after we have repaired the handpiece. In such cases the plastic covers of the handpiece will not look like the original due to the screws which we have to place into them.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Laser Part Repair is not responsible for shipment delays or delivery problems due to shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, mistakes of the shipping carrier companies, theft of packages, or any other condition which is beyond the control of Laser Part Repair. Buyer accepts these terms in full and assumes all responsibility for such unforeseen conditions. Please make sure that your shipping address is a correct deliverable address when placing order with us. Laser Part Repair is not responsible for shipment problems due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please inform us at the time you place your order.
